About Me

I am passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. With over twelve years as a therapist, I guide clients through challenges with self-esteem and career direction. I also provide a supportive space to process past trauma, helping you understand its impact and develop resilience. Clients seeking personal growth, a clearer sense of direction, or relief from past experiences will find a collaborative, understanding space. We will work at your own pace.

Approach

I guide sessions with gentle curiosity and steady structure, so you can explore how past experiences shape choices and confidence. In Bloemfontein I meet in English or Afrikaans and also offer online appointments, keeping access practical and straightforward. We use mindful awareness, values-based goal-setting and short between-session exercises to shift unhelpful patterns and clarify career or personal priorities. This way of working tends to help adolescents and adults who want steady, manageable change at a pace that feels right.
