I have been in private practice since 2004 and offer a supportive space where we can gently explore the challenges holding you back. Together, we'll work to understand your experiences and develop new and practical ways to navigate difficulties. My aim is to help you gain clarity. We can build the skills needed to create a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.
