I offer therapy and counselling to help clients work through various challenges in order to live more fulfilled and meaningful lives.

About Me

I have been in private practice since 2004 and offer a supportive space where we can gently explore the challenges holding you back. We can build the skills needed to create a life that feels more meaningful and authentic. Clients often appreciate this collaborative approach, feeling empowered and opening up new paths and possibilities for growth.

Approach

I use an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from a variety of modalities to best support your unique life experience. My work is grounded in a client-centered and trauma-sensitive philosophy, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we navigate family shifts, personal challenges, and relationship strains at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.
