I offer short and long-term therapy, available face-to-face, securely online, or by phone. My lived and Counseling experience of Autism Spectrum Condition allows me to deeply understand neurodivergent experiences. I also have extensive knowledge of supporting those living with Multiple Sclerosis. Individuals navigating these specific challenges will find a compassionate and understanding space to explore their unique journey.

I help clients prepare for appointments, request reasonable adjustments and practise communication strategies so daily life feels more manageable.
