Counselor

I am an experienced and compassionate Certified Counsellor who predominatly works with adolesnce, children and couples. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, stress, PTSD and non traditional group/services .

About Me

As an experienced and compassionate Certified Counsellor, I primarily support adolescents, children, and couples. I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and PTSD. My practice welcomes diverse experiences, including those from non-traditional groups and services. This inclusive approach creates a space where individuals and families feel understood. I am a good match for anyone seeking tailored support and practical ways to move forward.

Approach

Working with young people, families and couples, I focus on how small, practical shifts fit into daily life and relationships. Sessions — in English, available in Singapore or online — feel paced and purposeful: we set simple goals, try brief experiments during or between meetings, and I offer clear feedback so parents and teens can act on what works. For children I blend playful structure with gentle assessment; for couples we map patterns and rehearse new ways of relating. This approach suits people who want steady, doable change.
