Ms Laura Sue Armeni
Psychologist-Psychotherapist
“I am a psychologist and psychotherapist committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate care. My work is grounded in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. I am trained in EMDR and integrate this approach where appropriate to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional intensity, and support lasting recovery. Alongside therapy, in collaboration with accredited European laboratories clients can benefit from a more integrative approach to wellbeing by providing specialised health assessments that can help identify underlying factors contributing to symptoms such as fatigue, low energy, or feeling run down. These include a fatty acid balance test, a gut test, vitamin D testing, and a long-term blood sugar test. The insights gained allow for personalised guidance, including lifestyle and nutritional support and, where appropriate, laboratory provided recommendations for targeted vitamins or supplements. This combined approach supports both emotional and physical wellbeing, helping clients work toward more sustainable and holistic health.”
