About Me

Here, you'll find a safe, confidential space to share and explore your difficulties. We can gently unpack experiences, perhaps using tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to navigate challenging emotions. This collaborative approach helps you discover new perspectives. It's a place to build inner strength. Find clarity, and step towards a more resilient path and a stronger sense of self.

Approach

Step into a calm, confidential room where we map gentle, practical steps together toward stronger coping. Whether we meet in my Bedworth practice or online, sessions are in English and paced to your rhythm, with attention to time for reflection between meetings. I use brief mindfulness practices, reflective questions and values-focused choices to explore grief, anxiety, relationship strains and stress, then set small, doable tasks to test what shifts. Those who prefer steady, compassionate pacing often find they can make lasting, manageable changes.
