I believe that mental health issues and psychological disorders are often phases—periods of crisis that can be survived and worked through. With support, they can lead to becoming more grounded, more self-aware, and more functional, both for ourselves and in relation to others. We are fortunate when help arrives at the moment we need it. Therapy offers a way to go through a crisis not alone, but together with someone who knows how to help. I approach every session with full professional responsibility, unwavering dedication, and an insistence on honest engagement.

About Me

I see my work as both demanding and deeply meaningful. Supporting people through challenging periods and witnessing their growth is what motivates me and keeps me committed to what I do. Both as a person and a therapist, I am down-to-earth, warm and easy to talk to. While I have a broad interest in science, my focus is on understanding how we think, feel, and make sense of our experiences. For over a decade, I have worked with individuals who come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, relief, or growth. Through our work together, they develop meaningful tools and insights to better navigate life’s challenges and personal patterns.

Approach

In my clinical work, I offer psychotherapy based on an integrative, holistic approach that respects the connection between mind and body. My work incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, body-oriented and neurological techniques, as well as perspectives drawn from existential and stoic philosophy. This allows the therapeutic process to be tailored to each individual’s needs and experience. I create a space where you feel heard and understood—but we don’t stop there. Alongside deep respect for your personal process, I bring structure, focus, and a thoughtful, critical lens to our work. This allows us to move beyond insight alone and toward real, sustainable change.
