I offer counselling/psychotherapy services to young adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship related concerns.

I follow trauma-informed, client-centered & integrative framework in my sessions that is tailored specifically to your unique needs as an individual while we move forward with the pace that my client is comfortable while moving ahead.

I usually integrate different approaches and modalities of therapy in my sessions like Mindfulness, CBT, Clinical EFT Tapping, Somatic Experiencing, Art therapy, DBT, parts work, Positive Psychology, etc.

I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and judgment-free environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and emotions.

My work as a psychologist is to empower my clients to tap into their strengths, develop resilience, improve their relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.
