I usually integrate different approaches and modalities of therapy in my sessions like Mindfulness, CBT, Clinical EFT Tapping, Somatic Experiencing, Art therapy, DBT, parts work, Positive Psychology, etc.
I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and judgment-free environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and emotions.
