“A compassionate, culturally sensitive counsellor providing online support to women through life transitions, stress, anxiety, grief, and emotional challenges both locally and internationally.”
About Me
I offer counseling and individual therapy in Singapore for life transitions, grief and loss, cross-cultural issues, parenting support, and anxiety. I work with you to manage strong emotions, set practical goals, and find steady ways to cope.
Approach
Together we slow the pace to notice patterns that feel stuck and explore small, practical shifts that fit your daily life. My work is integrative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused work, and person-centred counselling. Sessions are gentle yet focused: we name emotions, understand triggers shaped by your experiences and relationships, and practise new responses you can carry into everyday moments. I check in on progress, adjust goals with you, and support you in feeling more grounded, clearer, and better able to handle what comes up.
Services
I offer individual online counselling sessions via Zoom, providing a private and supportive space for one-to-one work.
I work primarily with women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally strained — whether due to life changes, ongoing stress, grief, relationship challenges, or patterns that no longer feel helpful. You do not need to be in crisis to begin counselling; many come simply wanting more clarity, steadiness, or space to reflect.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Together, we explore your experiences at a pace that feels manageable, helping you make sense of emotions, build coping strategies, and respond more intentionally to everyday challenges. Sessions are shaped around what feels most relevant and supportive for you.
If you’re considering counselling, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to help us see whether we’re a good fit for working together. This is a brief introductory call rather than a counselling session, and it’s a chance for you to share what you’re hoping for, ask questions, and decide how you’d like to proceed. I’ll also explain what to expect and how to prepare for your first Zoom session.
