My consultative methodology is respectful and collaborative, so that change can unfold in an emotionally safe conversational space. I have over 30 years of experience as a psychologist and use a narrative approach to help clarify and co-create new possibilities to resolve your difficulty.

About Me

I invite adults and couples into thoughtful conversations that help untangle life’s challenges and open new perspectives. Drawing on three decades as a psychologist, I use narrative techniques so your story leads the way and solutions emerge naturally. Sessions move at your pace, with respect for your values and choices at every turn. People who feel stuck or unheard often find my approach gently shifts old patterns and helps fresh options take root.

Approach

Your decision to embark on a therapeutic journey reflects your intention to change; to move from the old into the new.

The therapeutic process is an expansive one. By utilising your life experiences, we will be co-partners in exploring possibilities of how to create a new way forward.

The vehicle of change will be in the interaction and conversation that unfolds in our safe relational space. The focus will be on gaining more understanding of the complexity of your life story so that you can navigate your way into a more meaningful future.
