Verified

I consult with individuals, couples and families. Since I work with processes, patterns, assumptions, beliefs and stories, I have been able to treat a range of different problems; anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, sexual difficulties, existential issues, addictions, trauma, work/sport performance issues, marital issues, relationship conflicts, family difficulties.

About Me

I have over 35 years experience working as a psychotherapist in private practice. As a systemic psychologist, I work with the ecology of ideas that unfolds during my consultations. I consider ideas and feelings to be packages of energy that have the potential to expand or to restrict perspectives. My consultative methodology strives to generate new possibilities for my clients. From my experience, I have found that a gentle, respectful and collaborative approach in dealing with emotional difficulties best supports the change process.

Approach

I have over 30 years of experience as a psychologist and use a narrative approach to help clarify and co-create new possibilities to resolve your difficulty.
