Counselor

As a neuro diverse counsellor I enjoy working within a pluralistic framework which draws from different modalities to support clients needs and challenges during therapy.I provide a safe and confidential space to explore your concerns and work collaboratively to build a therapeutic relationship.

About Me

As a neurodiverse counsellor, I understand the unique ways individuals experience the world. I tailor our work together, drawing from a pluralistic framework to meet your specific needs. In our safe, confidential space, we will collaboratively explore your concerns. This flexible approach especially suits clients seeking therapy that truly adapts. We can find your own path forward.

Approach

Sessions feel practical and adaptable, using brief grounding, clear structure and gentle pacing so we can match what helps you in the moment. I work with people face-to-face in Perth and online across Scotland, and I offer therapy in English to adolescents, adults, children and couples. We focus on small, manageable changes—sensory and routine adjustments, coping skills for overwhelm, and brief between-session reflections or tasks when helpful—to build momentum without adding pressure. This way of working tends to suit those living with neurodiversity, chronic illness, loss or persistent stress.
