Katherine Hayes

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

I specialize in women's mental health, such as mood disorders, pregnancy, family, trauma, and relationships. I use a psychodynamic approach to provide individual and holistic care to each client I see. It takes vulnerability and strength to begin therapy and I'm honored to accompany clients of their journey!

About Me

I specialise in women's mental health, supporting concerns like mood disorders, pregnancy, family dynamics, trauma, and relationships. Using a psychodynamic approach, I offer individual, holistic care. It takes real courage to begin therapy. I honour that strength. My aim is to walk alongside you, accompanying you on your personal journey to well-being.

Approach

Supporting women's emotional health through pregnancy, family shifts, and past wounds shapes how I hold our time together: attentive pacing, gentle curiosity, and a focus on felt experience. In sessions we notice patterns in speech and body, link them to present struggles, and try small real-world experiments between meetings to strengthen new ways of relating. My style is steady and collaborative, balancing reflection with somatic grounding. People navigating hormonal changes, caregiving roles, or long-standing hurt often find this way of working comforting and clarifying.
