About Me

I am a registered psychologist and hold a doctoral degree in counselling psychology from City Univeristy, London. I have close to two decades of experience working in mental health including various NHS settings.

Approach

I offer individual therapy informed by psychoanalytic theories and research. This type of approach helps clients explore how past experiences shape their present. I work with adults and offer sessions in English or Polish.
