Psychologist

An experienced psychologist and deep wellbeing coach. I offer non judgemental space, deep listening, variety of tools to support clients in working through emotional and mental issues and arriving at enhanced balance, clarity, sense of self acceptance and confidence. Sensitive and creative 'types' are my main clients.

About Me

I offer a non-judgemental space for sensitive and creative individuals. As an experienced psychologist and wellbeing coach, I listen deeply. We explore emotional and mental issues together, and I share a variety of tools to support your journey. My aim is to help you find enhanced balance, clarity, and a stronger sense of self-acceptance.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions paced gently, with attentive curiosity that helps us name what feels stuck and what matters most. I work with people in Limassol and online, in English or Polish, which makes it easy to continue progress between meetings. I use reflective dialogue alongside practical exercises and brief hypnotic techniques, and I often suggest small, doable practices to try between sessions to shift stress responses, body image worries and life-transition patterns. This approach tends to suit creative, highly attuned people seeking steady, collaborative change.
