Mrs Karin Brauner

Registered Counselor

Sometimes life gets difficult. It will be an honour to help you understand what's going on for you and get you back on track.

About Me

I offer a calm space to gently explore the difficulties you face. We’ll work together to understand your experiences, helping you gain clarity when life feels overwhelming. My aim is to support you in finding your footing. We can discover practical ways forward, moving towards renewed strength and direction.

Approach

When life feels overwhelming I focus on creating a calm, steady space where we can slowly make sense of what’s happening and map small, manageable steps toward feeling more grounded. I offer sessions in East Sussex and online, in English or Spanish, so we can choose the setting that feels safest for you. Work tends to be collaborative and paced to your needs — gentle exploration in session, practical reflections between meetings, and regular check-ins to notice change. This way of working suits people facing loss, transitions, abuse or mood challenges.
