Services

As your therapist or coach it is my goal to guide you in uncovering the aspects of yourself that are ready for healing, growth, or rediscovery. I am dedicated to offering ethical and personalized care that meets your individual needs, creating a safe and supportive space for your transformation. Together, we will navigate your inner landscape and empower you to embrace the changes you seek.

I pride myself in believing I can work with a variety of clients, but the ones I serve best are women from diverse backgrounds, including multicultural individuals, minorities, immigrants, and people of color. Through my training and personal journey, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face, allowing me to provide tailored support and interventions. Together, we can foster a sense of community within the therapeutic relationship.

I strive to ensure my services are accessible to everyone. I provide fully online counseling and coaching, customized to meet your needs and based on your country residence. All sessions are held in English and scheduled within the Central European Time Zone, offering you convenience and flexibility. Your well-being is my top priority, and I am eager to support you on your journey.

Approach

Looking for a real person as a therapist? Before a therapist, I'm a daughter, sister, friend, ally, immigrant woman, person of color, multicultural, Brazilian and American - I am all these things, but mostly human.

About the therapeutic frame

I take a flexible, down-to-earth approach to therapy, using different methods to fit what works best for you. While I pull from techniques like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I also take from other theories that I feel can help you grow and heal.

I find Existential Therapy helpful for diving into life’s big questions—like what gives your life meaning, or why loneliness and purpose are such common struggles. Gestalt Therapy helps us focus on being present and understanding how our thoughts, feelings, and actions all tie together. As someone who strongly believes in gender equality, I’m guided by Feminist Theory, which helps me recognize how social pressures shape our experiences. Adlerian Theory is great for understanding how feelings of insecurity or comparing ourselves to others can affect us and hold us back, and it helps build confidence and belonging. I also like to explore the deeper reasons behind our actions through Psychodynamic Therapy and think Multicultural Counseling is important for understanding how your culture and background shape who you are and how you see the world.
