Johanna Karasik

Licensed Professional Counselor

I collaborate with you to understand your struggles, strengths & values to help you make the positive changes in your life that you desire.

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Northglenn, Colorado, specializing in trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

Approach

When we work together, I focus on how your values and strengths show up day-to-day and gently guide practical steps toward the changes you want. In my Northglenn office or online, sessions are paced to match your comfort—sometimes slow and reflective after difficult experiences, sometimes skill-focused to reduce anxiety and burnout. I combine teachable coping practices with space to process memories and cultural context, and offer small, doable between-session tools. This way of working often helps adults facing life transitions, recovery from abuse, or chronic stress.
