Counselor

Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in women’s issues, including work with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse and addiction. UPCA reg.

About Me

This psychotherapeutic counsellor supports women navigating complex emotional challenges. She creates a compassionate space where women can explore issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and addiction. Her approach helps clients make sense of difficult experiences, building resilience and reclaiming their strength. She is a good match for women seeking supportive guidance to find their way towards greater well-being.

Approach

Specialising in women’s issues, I guide sessions so they feel steady, held and purposeful, moving between reflection and focused processing. In my Lewes practice I work at a pace we agree on, often bringing attention to what the body is telling us as well as the story in your mind. We gently track patterns from past harm, use targeted in-session processes to relieve stuck moments, and agree on small steps between meetings. This way of working suits women seeking compassionate, practical support to reclaim calm and clarity.
