My approach is person-centered, humanistic, and experiential, with influences from attachment-based and IFS-informed work. I offer online therapy in English and French for emotional awareness, relational challenges, life transitions, and grief.
I focus on emotional awareness in the present moment and the therapeutic relationship as a space for clarity, self-understanding, and self-compassion. Therapy is collaborative and paced according to what feels accessible, rather than directive or technique-driven.
You are free to lead — choosing what to bring, how deeply to go, and at what pace. I offer attentive listening and thoughtful reflections, helping you understand patterns, emotional responses, and how experiences are felt in the body.
Sessions may include reflective dialogue, body-based awareness, parts-informed exploration, visualization, mindfulness, creative expression, art projection, or role-play, depending on what feels supportive.
My intention is to support you in reconnecting with yourself. As you feel met with acceptance, this can gradually be internalized, allowing for greater self-acceptance and less internal conflict. From this place, change becomes more possible.
Experiencing a relationship where your limits are respected, your emotions are welcomed, and even vulnerable or “unlovable” parts of yourself are met with care can be deeply healing. This relational experience can support a sense of safety, trust, and a different way of relating to yourself and others.
Over time, this process can help you process emotions, feel less overwhelmed, and begin to trust yourself more fully.
