“I provide online therapy in English and French for individuals navigating life transitions, stress, grief, relational challenges, identity shifts, and periods of emotional uncertainty. My work is especially supportive for expats, Third Culture Kids (TCKs), and internationally mobile individuals adjusting to cross-cultural life. Sessions focus on emotional awareness, self-understanding, and developing a more compassionate relationship with oneself within a respectful, collaborative therapeutic relationship.”

About Me
I am a Person-Centered Psychotherapist with a humanistic and experiential orientation. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in presence, empathic listening, and respect for each person’s inner authority. Sessions are relational and reflective, paced according to what feels accessible rather than directive or technique-driven.
I completed a three-year professional training in humanistic, experiential therapy at the Centre de Relation d’Aide de Montréal (CRAM), grounded in the Non-Directive Creative Approach. I also hold a Life Transition Specialist Certificate, offering clinical tools to support anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and emotional upheaval during major life changes.
I work with individuals seeking space to explore emotions, clarify needs, and navigate stress, adjustment, and relational strain with greater stability and self-kindness.
Approach
My approach is person-centered, humanistic, and experiential, integrating attachment-based and IFS-aware elements. I emphasize the quality of the therapeutic relationship, emotional awareness in the present moment, and a collaborative process that supports clarity and self-compassion.
Sessions may include reflective dialogue, attention to bodily sensations, parts-informed exploration, and gentle structure when helpful — always adapted to the individual.
