My therapeutic approach is collaborative and rooted in both thoughtful self-reflection and practical, solution-focused strategies. I support clients through life’s challenges by helping them explore the deeper causes behind emotional or behavioural patterns, while also working together to build meaningful tools for insight, resilience and overall well-being. My aim is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered and supported as you navigate what matters most to you.

About Me

I am a Canadian psychologist and BACP-registered psychotherapist based in London. With more than 15 years of experience across public and private sectors, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and communities. Throughout my career, my focus has remained the same: truly listening to each person’s unique needs and supporting them through the challenges and transitions of their life. I began my journey in the world of Science, driven by a desire to understand how things work. Over time, that same curiosity expanded to the most complex system of all - people. This led me to transition into Psychology and Counselling, where I could explore human behaviour more deeply and meaningfully. My early work within the psychiatric community was deeply formative. It offered a close look at the fragility of the human mind, but just as powerfully, it revealed the remarkable strength that emerges through resilience, connection, and meaningful support. Witnessing how people could grow, adapt and find stability within a caring community shaped the foundation of my therapeutic values and continues to inform the way I show up for clients today. Additionally, my background in the corporate sector has strengthened my ability to help clients navigate workplace dynamics, manage stress, and develop strategies to prevent burnout. I work collaboratively, aiming to create a space where individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward greater balance and well-being.

Approach

Today, I bring together a scientific mindset and a genuine interest in people to help clients make sense of their experiences. I believe in working collaboratively - taking the time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can feel more informed, grounded and in control. My goal is to support you in gaining insight into why we think, feel, and act the way we do and to use that understanding as a foundation for positive change.
