About Me

I tailor each session to your unique journey, drawing from a broad toolkit including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. If you're navigating bereavement, managing anxiety, or seeking deeper understanding, I create a supportive space where your needs are truly heard. We can explore practical strategies together, helping you build resilience and find calm amidst life's challenges, fostering well-being that resonates throughout your daily life.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, blending focused activity with quieter reflection so we can notice small shifts and build practical momentum. I offer appointments in Bridgnorth and online, in English, with clear session notes and brief between-session suggestions when helpful. In practice we experiment with grounding, imagery, gentle tracking of thoughts and feelings, and short tasks to test new ways of being — all shaped by what feels manageable for you. This way of working often helps people managing grief, anxiety, stress or relationship strain.
