About Me

I am a Professional Counsellor registered with the HPCSA and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer the following services: Outpatient addiction program, couple counselling, trauma counselling, career assessment, grief counselling, employee wellness, trisomy pregnancy support and stress management. I offer online and face to face counselling. I am also available on Saturdays by appointment and once a month we run a pornography addiction support group. I have a background in nursing and I am a qualified Deceptionologist.

Approach

Approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, holistic and solution-focused. With addiction recovery, specific attention is given to the practical implementation of recovery principles. A pornography addiction support group is held the first Saturday of every month. I also offer walk and talk counselling sessions for individuals who feel a conventional approach is not ideal for them.
