Miss Izabela Głębicka

Psychologist

EuroPsy Clinical Psychologist (in training) with international experience (USA, AU, NZ). I provide direct, result-oriented support for anxiety and life transitions, bridging the gap between clinical science and holistic mind-body health.

About Me

I am a psychologist who values freedom, directness, and measurable progress. Having lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, I deeply understand the challenges of cultural adjustment and high-pressure environments. My professional background is diverse—from clinical diagnostics to the tech-driven future of psychology within the Polish Psychological Association. This global perspective allows me to work effectively with expats, professionals, and youth who feel "stuck" in traditional therapeutic models and seek a more modern, proactive partner in their mental health journey.

Approach

My approach is strictly holistic and biological. I operate on the principle that our thoughts influence our biology, and our biological state dictates our emotional capacity. In sessions, I am not just a passive listener. I am direct and action-oriented. I combine: The Mind-Body Connection: Focusing on nervous system regulation and how physical states (including sleep and nutrition) impact mental health. Cognitive-Behavioral Insights: Working with the triangle of thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs to dismantle anxiety. Modern Tools: Integrating technology-led calming methods and the supportive role of CBD to achieve faster, sustainable results.
