Hingahan PH

Therapy Practice

“Here at HingahanPH, hingahan is a noun, a verb, a place and an action. It entails a space where breath becomes a voice, where silence isn't empty, but echoing. Where thoughts, tangled and tired, find space to stretch or and be heard. It is also a gentle companion that says, "I hear you. Keep going." We are psychotherapists, yes! But more than that, we are witnesses. To grief, to growth, to the quiet courage of showing up. ”

About Us

Rooted in the Filipino spirit of "pakikipagkapwa," HingahanPH offers psychotherapy that is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. In a noisy world, people need to have spaces where they could hear themselves. Whether you come here for therapy, reflection or just a moment of quiet, take a breath. We're listening.

Approach

Our sessions balance focused assessment with practical CBT and ACT-based exercises, helping clients translate insight into everyday choices. Working from Muntinlupa City and online, we offer sessions in English and Tagalog, keeping pace gentle and collaborative whether with children, adolescents, or adults. Meetings often pair short, skill-focused work with simple between-session experiments and brief check-ins to track what changes feel possible; assessments inform that path without taking over. People who want clear tools and steady, measurable progress tend to find this approach helpful.
