Licensed Clinical Psychologists

I help adults who have been identified as “too much” or “too loud” embrace their true selves and create a life that’s emotionally fulfilling. We identify the root causes of faulty core beliefs that have held you back so you can reach your true potential and lead a life of deeper meaning, impact, and fulfillment.

About Me

If you've been labelled "too much" or "too loud," I offer a space for your true self to flourish. We explore faulty core beliefs, understanding their roots to help you move forward. My aim is to guide you towards a life of deeper meaning and emotional fulfilment. This process helps you confidently embrace your potential and live with greater impact.

Approach

Sessions focus on naming the old messages that have kept you small and then gently experimenting with more authentic choices so you can feel steadier in your day-to-day. I see adults in Arlington and online, in English, and keep a calm, paced rhythm—short skill practice, reflective check-ins, and targeted feedback between meetings to help ideas translate into action. Therapy often blends careful assessment of patterns with hands-on rehearsal of new responses. People facing big changes, relationship strain, or chronic overwhelm tend to find this way of working helpful.
