Hazel

Mrs Hazel Stevenson

Professional Counselor

I am a person centred counsellor who tailors therapy around my clients needs. I offer a non judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and extend the invitation to be listened to fully, and maybe for the first time. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss further.

About Me

I offer a truly person-centred approach, tailoring our work to your unique needs. If you’ve felt unheard, I offer a genuine invitation to be fully listened to, perhaps for the first time. In this non-judgmental space, we can explore your thoughts and feelings together. Many clients find this helps them gain clarity and move forward with confidence. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where you can truly be yourself.

Approach

You’ll find sessions paced to what feels safe and useful for you, with gentle listening, thoughtful questions and pauses that give space to notice shifts. I work with people in Glasgow and online, in English, and often introduce simple grounding or memory cues between meetings so practical coping can be tried and reflected on. For experiences like grief, trauma, chronic illness or addiction we explore meaning and small changes together, helping you notice what steadies you and what moves you forward.
