“This is a space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what feels heavy. My aim is to support you as you navigate life’s challenges by regaining a sense of control over your thoughts, behaviors, and wellbeing. You can take gentle steps toward healing and change, allowing things to feel lighter and clearer.”
About Me
I support you as you navigate life's challenges in moments of uncertainty and in the quieter periods that follow as you begin to make meaning of your experiences. In this collaborative space, we explore what feels difficult and work towards finding a sense of steadiness, clarity and control in your life. Drawing from research-based methods, my aim is to guide you in creating healthier change and improved overall wellbeing.
Approach
I use a collaborative and evidence-based approach that is developed and tailored according to each person’s goals. My work draws from an eclectic, integrative framework grounded in research-based methods.
“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.”
Adults
With adults, we explore emotions, thoughts, and patterns that have felt heavy, and move towards acquiring skills to navigate them more effectively. Sessions also offer space to process day-to-day experiences whether it is stress, conflict, or something that brought discomfort. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel understood, set meaningful goals, and move toward greater clarity and wellbeing.
Adolescents
With adolescents, a safe space allows us to explore the issues teens often face including social pressures, academic demands, and self-esteem challenges. Therapy helps you express yourself, understand your reactions, develop coping tools, and feel more grounded and confident in who you are becoming.
Children
With children, I use play and art therapy to support in ways that meet them where they are. These creative methods support emotional awareness and communication aligned with their developmental age. I assist them with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, attention difficulties, life transitions and any concerns that caregivers appreciate additional support with.
Parents
I work with parents to understand their children’s emotional needs, strengthen communication, and feel more confident in their parenting. Together, we explore simple and practical strategies that support both your child and your own well-being.
Couples
With couples, we focus on understanding patterns that strengthen connection. Sessions help partners express needs more clearly, navigate conflict, and work toward a healthier, more supportive relationship.
