CORE SERVICES:
I use a collaborative and evidence-based approach that is developed and tailored according to each person’s unique needs. My work draws from an eclectic, integrative framework grounded in CBT and research-supported methods.

Adults
With adults, we explore emotions, thoughts, and relational patterns that have felt heavy, and move towards acquiring skills to navigate them more effectively. Alongside structured interventions, sessions offer space to process day-to-day experiences whether it is stress, conflict, or something that brought discomfort. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel understood, set meaningful goals, and move toward greater clarity and well-being.
Adolescents
With adolescents, a safe and genuine space allows us to explore the issues teens often face concerning overwhelming emotions, social pressures, academic demands, and self-esteem challenges. Therapy helps you express yourself, understand your reactions, develop coping tools, and feel more grounded and confident in who you are becoming.
Children
With children, I use play and art therapy to help them in ways that meet them where they are. These creative methods support emotional awareness and communication in ways that are natural and aligned with their developmental age. I assist them with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, attention difficulties, life transitions and any concerns that caregivers appreciate additional support with.
Parents
I work with parents to understand their child’s emotional needs, strengthen communication, and feel more confident in their parenting. Together, we explore simple and practical strategies that support both the child and the parent’s well-being.
Couples
With couples, I focus on understanding patterns that strengthen connection. Sessions help partners express needs more clearly, navigate conflict, and work toward a healthier, more supportive relationship.
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, easily stressed, or simply aware that you want things to feel different. You might find yourself repeating the same patterns, struggling with certain emotions, or carrying experiences you haven’t had the space to process. This is a place that allows you to start where you’re at and move towards your goals without any judgement.
Sometimes the approach didn’t fit, the connection wasn’t there, or the timing wasn’t right. In this space, we take things at your pace, check in regularly about what’s working and what isn’t, and tailor the approach to your comfort. Your feedback matters and your experience becomes part of how we build something that feels more aligned for you now.
