Mrs Gwen Roulette

Registered Social Worker

A proud Metis woman, wife, mother & kohkum. With over 20 years of experience providing support to women, children, and men, I provide a warm, welcoming space. Hoping to slowly engage and encourage relationship building between you, the client, and me, the mental health therapist. Give me a call to begin your journey.

About Me

With over two decades supporting women, children, and men, I offer a warm, welcoming space. As a proud Metis woman, wife, and mother, I understand the importance of connection. I gently encourage relationship building in our sessions, so you can feel truly seen and heard. This measured approach helps clients find comfort. You can then find a steady path forward at your own pace.

Approach

That measured, patient way guides how we move—slowly building trust and letting you name what matters. Sessions happen in Saskatoon or online in English, with room to shift between talking and body-centered grounding. We track everyday patterns, use gentle somatic resourcing alongside practical problem-solving for trauma, grief, addiction and attention challenges, and I pace work to fit family and cultural rhythms. Folks who want relational, steady change that honours their story and daily life tend to find this helpful.
