Ms Garima Garg, MPhil

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

I work with people from a capacity of exploring, sensing deeply, becoming aware of psychic processes that are taking place inside, realising their unconscious patterns in relationships whether in work or personal lives, gaining the sense of who they are as a person and taking inner lead to become their whole SELF.

About Me

I help individuals navigate the inner chaos of their social-emotional-psychological-spiritual world. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed, I can guide you to explore underlying patterns and find clarity. I facilitate a process where you can make sense of complex feelings. This helps you discover your own path forward, working towards stability and a renewed sense of purpose.

Approach

We move from confusion to clarity by attending to bodily felt experiences and the stories you carry, opening moments when hidden patterns surface. I offer a steady, observant space where we notice triggers, enactments and emotional echoes. Through gentle psychodynamic inquiry, trauma-focused attention and collaborative pacing we link present symptoms to earlier relational wounds and test new ways of being between meetings. This way of working often helps adolescents and adults seeking to make sense of painful patterns and build everyday steadiness.
