Mrs Frankie Brown

Psychotherapist

An experienced counsellor working a range of difficulties in addition to specialising in parent/carer-adolescent relationships.

About Me

I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Santry, Dublin, Ireland. I work with adolescents, parents, and adults who face anxiety, mood disorders, parenting challenges, or relationship issues. I offer counseling, therapy, psychoeducation, and skills training in a direct, practical way.

Approach

You may already have an idea about counselling, but it is important to know that there is not one type of therapy that suits everyone. My main priority is to work with you to develop, what we call, a healthy and therapeutic relationship. That is we trust each other and you have a safe space (free from judgement) to work. We can then use a range of different creative and traditional methods to enable you to work through problems and find new ways to react to those difficulties. Some of these methods are listed below. In addition to this, I am continually educating myself through supervision, with a senior practitioner, and professional develoment courses, this ensures you get the best of me.
