About Me

As a competent and compassionate counsellor, I offer online individual therapy with adults in Vietnam and Hong Kong. I offer a secure, understanding space where you can explore challenges and find clarity. We can gently unpack feelings and develop practical steps forward together. Online sessions offer accessible support, tailored to your unique needs wherever you are. My goal is to help you navigate life's complexities with confidence.

Approach

I use an eclectic approach to counselling, drawing from a variety of theories and techniques, including existential, psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioural and narrative therapy, to tailor each session to your needs. I have a directive style of counselling, which means that I may give you direct feedback on unhelpful thoughts or patterns of behaviours I observe.
