Miss Fiona Abou Abdou

Counselor

An experienced & compassionate Counselor, Occupational & Music Therapist, working with children & adults on mind-body, emotional, social & cognitive issues.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space for children and adults. Here, we explore mind-body, emotional, social, and cognitive challenges together. Using my training in Psychosomatic, Occupational, and Expressive Art therapy, I help you connect with inner resources. My integrated approach, using creative methods like music and art, supports a holistic path to well-being. This gentle yet effective work is ideal for those seeking to understand and address complex issues.

Approach

With clients across ages, I guide sessions toward noticing bodily signals and emotional rhythms, then gently translate those discoveries into small, practical steps. In Doha or online, in Arabic, English or French, sessions feel steady and paced—sometimes quiet, sometimes playful—blending movement, sound and creative tasks with conversational reflection. I use short in-session experiments and simple between-session practices to build regulation, focus and daily routines that fit real life. This way of working often suits those seeking practical, embodied change for complex challenges.
