I offer a warm, understanding space for older clients navigating later life's unique challenges. My specialisation includes supporting individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's. Using a psychodynamic approach, we can gently explore your rich life history and current feelings. This helps maintain your sense of self and navigate emotional changes with dignity and connection.
