Honesty becomes the compass — I help you tune into small tensions and contradictions that reveal where change is needed. I use a holistic, client-centred approach that considers physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. If you are ready to take the next step towards healing, I’d be honoured to work with you. I provide in person services in Aurora and Port Perry as well as virtual and phone services.
