About Me
I am a Psychotherapist and Systemic Family Therapist based in Limassol, Cyprus. I help you manage addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, divorce, and family conflict with psychotherapy, coaching, mindfulness, and relationship counseling.

I approach mental health with a holistic mindset, meaning I believe rarely is there a linear route from cause to problem. Working with my clients to build upon their individual strengths and understandings of how things are the way they are is empowering. I provide a supportive and empathetic space for my clients to explore themselves and find clarity using reflective questioning and curated interventions.
