Experience powerful Gestalt Techniques, Systemic Family Constellations and methods such as Emotion Aid, designed to help you reach balance, freedom and mental well-being. I bring warmth, humor, honesty, and creativity and create a safe, welcoming environment so you can heal and grow.

About Me

I have international experience in individual, partner, group therapy and EAP programs - supporting people going through major life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, loss, divorce, parenting, exploring new life roles or LGBTQIA+ identity. In addition to gestalt techniques and somatic methods, I often use film and art in order to create a supportive and authentic space for personal growth. As a full member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT) and the Serbian Association for Gestalt Psychotherapy (SUGP), I work as a 1-on-1 therapist for gestalt students (EAPTI-SEB, BGCED) in Serbian and English, and provide pro bono support to people affected by war and political repression.

Approach

Healing often unfolds through lively, experiential work that helps you notice present patterns and name what needs to change. From my Belgrade office or online, in Bosnian, Croatian, English or Serbian, I keep sessions relaxed creative and direct, using words, movement, gesture, quiet reflection and short practical experiments. Together we map family influences, emotional reactions and daily routines, try new behaviours and carry simple practices between meetings to bring you more balance.
