Basic Information

Services

I provide online and offline counseling and psychotherapy. In doing counseling and psychotherapy, I mainly use CBT approach and get to the details on daily activities, thoughts, and emotion rates. Some approaches that I do to handle emotion turbulences are DBT, meditation; mindfulness, relaxation, journaling and basic hypnotherapy session. For dealing developmental problems with children and teenagers, I do more structured assessment and therapy program with my team (including sensorymotor and educational therapist), for offline session based in Jakarta. Usually, I maintain my relationship with clients using some interactions, including whatsapp chat, emails, document sharing for a treatment plan, and therapy activities.
