About Me
I am a Registered Psychologist in Pancoran, Jakarta. I handle developmental, learning and behavior problems, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adult adhd, couple counseling and family/parenting issues. I offer consultation, assessment and therapy, relationship counseling.
Approach
I guide sessions that balance cognitive - behavior approach with non-talk therapy, tailored to client's needs. For couple, I use Gottman Therapy from assessment through therapy session.
I do structured process, first session will start with counseling, followed with assessment sessions, explanation and goal discussion, then we do reccomended psychotherapy followed by evaluation.
I work from Jakarta online or offline, in English or Malay‑Indonesian.

I provide online and offline counseling and psychotherapy. In doing counseling and psychotherapy, I mainly use CBT approach and get to the details on daily activities, thoughts, and emotion rates. Some approaches that I do to handle emotion turbulences are DBT, meditation; mindfulness, relaxation, journalung and other approaches.
For trauma problems, I use Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy to ease the effect so we can process issues gently.
For dealing developmental problems with children and teenagers, I more structured assessment and theray program with my team (including sensorymotor and educational therapist)
Usually, I maintain my relationship with clients using some interactions, including emails, document sharing for a treatment plan, and therapy activities.
