Basic Information

In-person & Online

Services

I provide both online and in-person counselling and psychotherapy. My work is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), exploring how your daily experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate DBT skills, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation techniques, journaling, and basic hypnotherapy. When working with children and teenagers experiencing developmental challenges, I offer a more structured assessment and therapy programme in collaboration with my multidisciplinary team, including sensorimotor and educational therapists. These services are available in person in Jakarta. To support continuity between sessions, I stay connected with clients through WhatsApp, email, and secure document sharing for treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and other relevant resources.
