Sometimes life can be overwhelming, we can be dealing with something and you may just feel stuck and unable to break out of the cycle. Lets have a free call on how I can help you move forward and make lasting changes.

About Me

I am a CBT Psychotherapist and licensed Counsellor based in Dubai at 150 Sheikh Zayed Road. I treat anxiety, relationship problems, body image concerns, career issues, and mood disorders. I use CBT, psychodynamic therapy, counselling, and medico-legal assessments in clinical sessions.

Approach

When you reach out, I work with you to map small, practical steps that fit your life and values so change feels manageable. In Dubai or online, in English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace — we clarify patterns, experiment with new ways of thinking and behaving, and bring gentle reflective exercises between meetings to build momentum. Expect direct yet compassionate feedback, simple practices to try, and a focus on measurable shifts that help you regain agency; this approach suits people seeking clear structure and real progress.
