About Me

I am a professional psychologist and a certified Gestalt therapist with a BA in Psychology and over 8 years of training experience in Gestalt therapy. I started counseling in 2020. My main expertise is relationships in a broad sense: not only with a partner, but with other people in general, with the outside world, and with yourself. I am a simple man who believes in simple things) I believe that everyone deserves to be happy. Disregarding their traumatic experience, their gender, their sexual preferences, their education, etc. And being happy is to feel life as it is. To feel ourselves alive. So, I also believe that our feelings are the key to our needs. Paying attention to them helps us recognize what we want and make choices toward our goals. Another thing I firmly believe in is that a person needs another person. We need someone to witness our lives and to reflect on our actions. These are some of the basic philosophical principles of my work. What I suggest for you is a journey where you can learn about yourself in a safe environment and co-create a new experience. The main topics I work with are the following: - relationship (romantic, family, business, etc.) - existential crisis - traumatic past experience - anxiety, burnout, stress - addictions (chemical, behavioral, emotional) - "just get my head in order"

Approach

I am a psychologist trained in the Gestalt approach. I have completed a 4-year training program in this method as well as a number of additional specializations. Gestalt therapy is a way of healing relationships with relationships. A Gestalt therapist offers a client themselves and together they form a genuine person-to-person contact. This contact will reflect the way you tend to deal with the world. And so you will get the opportunity to learn how you live your life, how you make the choices that you make, and what does the world feel in response. It might be difficult to be open to another person. It might be even more difficult not to run away when you are scared, vulnerable, ashamed, or feel guilty. Well, that's the experience that therapy can offer you. The experience of being yourself. And being not alone, but with another person who is respectful, caring, and genuinely interested in you.
