A problem shared is a problem halved. You are not alone. Let me help you find a way forward.

About Me

I’m passionate about my work and I want our sessions to be a place where you feel truly heard. Each client is different and requires a different approach suited to their unique experiences.

Approach

I’m a systemically trained family-therapist which means that I see my clients against the backdrop of their families, social and societal contexts. I’m also solution-focused which means that sessions focus on trying to find a positive and healthy way forward. This happens in an empathic and non-judgemental setting. I offer in-person work in Johannesburg and online sessions in English.
