Psychotherapist

An experienced psychotherapist, using innovative, experiential and relational strategies, enabling clients tap into innate healing capacities to repair trauma and restore vitality and resilience.

About Me

As an experienced psychotherapist, I offer innovative, experiential, and relational strategies to help you connect with your natural capacity for healing. We can gently explore past experiences and current challenges, working to repair trauma and restore your vitality. My aim is to create a space where you can actively engage with your feelings, finding your own path to resilience. This approach suits those ready to discover their inner strength and rebuild well-being.

Approach

I guide sessions through gentle, embodied experiments that connect felt sensations with relational stories so you can begin to notice shifts rather than just talk about them. In my Cork practice and online, in English, Lithuanian or Russian, we move at a steady, respectful pace—sometimes working with breath, movement or imagery in-session and with short, practical reflections between meetings. The work tends to feel collaborative and grounded, helping you reorganise responses to stress, grief or relational pain. This way suits people ready to reclaim steadier presence and choice.
