At Curio Counselling Calgary, we offer a full range of therapy services delivered by Registered Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, and Canadian Certified Counsellors. Every approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to you, not a template. - Individual Counselling for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions, using CBT, ACT, EMDR, and Polyvagal-informed approaches. - Couples & Relationship Counselling to rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect, grounded in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). - Family Counselling for transitions, conflict, blended-family dynamics, and parenting challenges. - Child & Youth Counselling and Play Therapy that meet kids developmentally, through play, art, and sandtray, not adult-style talk therapy. - Art Therapy with a registered Art Psychotherapist, for clients who heal better through creative process than words alone. - Group Therapy and EMDR for community-based support and structured trauma reprocessing. Every service is available in-person at our Beltline Calgary office or virtually across Alberta. Direct billing, evening and weekend appointments, and a free 20-minute consultation so you can find the right fit before committing.
