I offer a confidential space for adults navigating complex relationships. My specialisation is supporting those currently in, or recovering from, narcissistic abuse or coercive control. I understand the unique challenges survivors face. My online or telephone sessions provide accessible, compassionate help, making it easier to find support wherever you are. We can gently explore your experiences together, finding ways to reclaim your strength and sense of self.

Integrative work blends practical tools and reflective conversation so you can begin to recognise controlling patterns and reclaim everyday safety. I meet adults in Tenterden, Kent and beyond by phone or video, keeping sessions focused, steady and suited to your rhythm. Together we track triggers, rehearse boundaries between sessions and use trauma‑sensitive methods to reduce anxiety, rebuild trust and support clearer decisions.
