I abide by their codes of ethics and practice and am subject to their disciplinary procedure. I hold full insurance for all my services.

About Me

I offer integrative psychotherapy, creating a tailored space to explore your unique experiences. My approach adapts to your needs, drawing on various methods from CBT, Person Centred, Transactional Analysist, NLP and EMDR. We can connect face-to-face, by phone, or via online video for accessible support. This flexible, person-centred way of working suits those seeking a truly individual path.

Approach

Sessions begin with what matters most to you, then can gently move between practical problem-solving and in depth work as we progress. I work collaboratively, using short in-session experiments, reflective listening and clear pacing, with simple practices to try between meetings to strengthen coping. Based in Saltash and offering meetings in English either locally or online, my therapeutic space aims to feel steady and focussed. This way of working tends to help adults facing loss, trauma, anxiety, relationship change, burnout and PTSD.
