About Me

As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor and Trauma-Informed Coach, I offer integrative, non-clinical support. I guide individuals navigating normative anxiety and stress, related to life transitions, and personal growth. We explore how different aspects of your life connect, helping you build holistic well-being and resilience. Clients find this holistic approach valuable for understanding their whole self and moving forward with confidence.

Approach

I’m a trauma-informed Specialist Wellness Counsellor who works in a grounded, honest, and deeply compassionate way. Clients often find me when they’re overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or unsure how to navigate their changes in their lives. I hold a steady, non-judgemental space where we can unpack what’s happening, understand the patterns beneath it, and work with both the body and the mind to support the nervous system. I blend practical coping tools, emotional regulation, and gentle exploration to help you rebuild trust in yourself, your choices, and your capacity to cope. Inclusive and secular, respecting client-led values and religious diversity. LGBTQIA+ Affirming
