About Me
I am described by clients as warm, empathetic and grounded. I work holistically with the mind, body and spirit; recognising they are connected. For over 20 years I have supported a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds, and with a variety of issues. I have had roles in various capacities in local and national charities, organisations and NHS.

By practicing integratively and holistically, I blend elements from different counselling approaches to suit your individual needs as I believe there is no single method that is effective for each client in all situations. I am one of very few qualified Counsellors in the UK with extensive experience, providing specialist grief counselling to anyone with an ambiguous loss. Ambiguous loss can encompass many types of loss; when a loved one suddenly disappears (eg. missing), remains out of reach (eg. immigration or divorce) or is lost psychologically (eg. dementia or mental illness). I also offer EFT Tapping for any issue.
