About Me

I am a registered social worker based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I work with you to address addiction, adolescent concerns, stress and burnout, relationship problems, and personal development. I provide psychotherapy, social work, corporate workshops, and Ukraine aid services.

Approach

A psychodynamic approach is used interchangeably with the client centered approach, where the main focus is on the client and they are empowered to make positive decisions and set their own goals going forward.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is also used when needed. The approaches used are fluid depending on the client's needs.

Psychoanalytic Therapy which helps to bring indepth, unconscious and buried thoughts and feelings to the surface. Aimed at depression and trauma.
