About Me

I'm Audice Nasser, also known as Odice Nasser. I’m a passionate Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive through trauma-informed care. With advanced certifications as a Brainspotting Consultant, Licensed Couple Therapist for PTSD, and Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist, I blend specialized techniques and traditional talk therapy to help clients address subconscious barriers and reconnect with their authentic selves—unlocking their full potential. My practice offers an inclusive, judgment-free space for everyone, with a special welcome to BIPOC and 2SLGBTQI+ individuals. Using creative approaches and mindfulness, we work together to boost emotional well-being and rediscover purpose. I support adults facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and career challenges, with a focus on Canadian veterans, first responders, and newcomers. Services are covered by Blue Cross, IFHP, Veterans Affairs Canada, and most private insurers.

Approach

My holistic approach combines psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, yoga therapy, and personality assessments for career exploration. I also provide career counselling for students and professionals to help design meaningful paths. Therapy isn’t just about conversation; it’s about comfort. As the Chinese proverb says: "Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day; teach him to fish, and he'll eat for a lifetime." My goal is to empower you with lasting tools for personal growth and self-awareness. Outside of my clinical work, I teach psychology at Seneca Polytechnic, inspiring students across multiple campuses. I also volunteer as a Patient and Family Advisor at Humber Regional Hospital, bringing patient perspectives to policy discussions and improvement projects.
