Ashley Chambrello

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am a brainspotting practitioner, which is an incredibly effective tool in healing trauma/anxieties/depression. I work with couples through a "Gottman Method" frame-I am level one trained. I look forward to connecting with you!

About Me

I help individuals navigate the weight of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Using Brainspotting, we can gently access and process deep-seated emotional wounds, fostering lasting relief. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to help you build stronger communication and deeper connection. My approach offers a supportive space for individuals or couples ready to explore challenges and cultivate resilience. I aim to help you find clarity and a path forward.

Approach

Work moves between attending to subtle physical sensations and clear, focused dialogue so feelings can be tracked and unfolded at your pace. I offer both in-person sessions in Cromwell and secure online appointments in English, keeping a steady, compassionate tempo that respects what you can tolerate between meetings. We set small, concrete goals, practice grounding and communication experiments, and check progress collaboratively each week. Clients carrying trauma, anxiety, or strained relationships often find this paced, practical way of healing fits them well.
